If you want to make the most of your time in Madrid, MOTO-WINGS recommends our service Bookings by the hour which allows you to reduce your travelling time by up to 60%.

Payment is made directly by credit card online or by phone with our switchboard. If you wish, you can also pay directly to the driver in cash or by credit card on the day.

The Bookings by the hour service is limited to a distance of 30 km per hour. If the completed booking exceeds this limit, a fee of 2 Euros per km will be applied.

Last minute booking: All Bookings by the hour made within an hour of departure will incur a fee of 5 Euros (taxes included).

Delays: Waiting time will be charged at a rate of 1 Euro per minute after the first 10 minutes or after 20 minutes if you are picked up from the airport.

Cancellation: All Bookings by the hour cancelled less than one hour and a half (1.5 hrs) before the scheduled departure time will be billed in full. If the client fails to show up at the designated pick up point the client will be charged for the first hour of the booking.
