Rates for journeys
MOTO-WINGS offer a single rate for any trip inside Madrid depending on the time of the service.
Payment can be made in advance by credit card online or by phone with our switchboard. If you wish, you can also pay directly to the driver in cash or by credit card on the day.
For recurring needs we offer our Gold and Silver credit options in the Companies section, that way you’ll optimize your time and your budget.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Taxes included (8%)
Last minute booking: All journeys booked within an hour of departure will incur a fee of 5 Euros (taxes included).
Delays: Waiting time will be charged at a rate of 1 Euro per minute after the first 10 minutes or after 20 minutes if you are picked up from the airport.
Cancellation: All journeys cancelled less than one hour and a half (1.5 hrs) before the scheduled departure time will be billed in full. If the client fails to show up at the designated pick up point the journey will also be charged in full.
