At MOTO-WINGS we have a very demanding selection and training process for our drivers, as they’re the people responsible for our customers’ safety. Our English speaking drivers will give you the best possible service.

All MOTO-WINGS drivers have passed a rigorous selection process in which they have demonstrated their skills and driving ability. In addition, they know Madrid and its surrounding areas very well, making them the trustworthy people you need for your business trips.

Selection criteria

To become a driver for MOTO-WINGS you must have had a motorbike license for a minimum of 10 years and be at least 30 years of age. 

Candidates that fulfil all the selection criteria are evaluated during various personal and driving tests, both in the city and on motorways. The most qualified candidates are selected and trained to offer the finest passenger motorbike service in Spain.

Virtual training

At MOTO-WINGS we use Honda’s Driving Simulator to train our drivers. This simulator is designed to train drivers in Preventive Safety teaching them to recognise, anticipate and act in risky situations. In the end drivers are better equipped to tackle any dangerous situation that they could be confronted with on the road.

Practical training

All of our drivers have passed an Advanced Training Course at Honda Safety Institute in Barcelona where they have being trained how to react in adverse weather conditions.

MOTO-WINGS Qualifying Test 

During the training period tested drivers accompany qualified drivers on their journeys, without taking any passengers. It is only after completing this extensive training process and obtaining the approval from the instructor that a driver is able to start accepting passengers.
